I actually use them around my eyes. They don't recommend them for your eyes because it can cause irritation on sensitive eyes and they don't want any liabilities; however, I don't have a problem with them.

I know... but the neons are not recommended for use in the eye or lip area... did it anyway... but they're really hard to work with! By the way espresso worked great for my eye brows :D

Hiyaa hunn any luckk withh the pigment yett ox i mixed it it with a clear nail varnishh it looked really nice lol ox
