Paintball FPS - 01 - Paintball Jungle

Another day at Paintball Jungle. This is my home field more or less, except I wished it was BYOP (only gripe). I'm using my Tac-One w/ longbow/qloader mods, Deadly Wind barrel, EO-Tech 551 sight. In this game I ran w/ the right flank from Fort Dave to Airplane Bunker. At 1st I wasn't point, but I took it right after the corner of the speed ball fields. 3 gogs + 1 flank shot + 1 other that I think is mine. I almost got taken out as point, but hit the ground quick enough to avoid elim. Overall my best game of the day.

Nice video my 12th birth day is in december....Iam looking kinda soon but ya know nice to be ahead....i want to know if this is a one party thing or if random people are there.Iam looking for just me and my family and friends so if this is a one party thing please shout at me!It looks fun but i want it indoors and smaller but i can't get every thing how i want it! wish it happen like that...Well again nice video and thank you so much!!

@favndev27 Cool. Yeah it is a fun event for a b-day. I'd recommend indoor for an event of that kind. Bay Area Paintball has a nice facility... Oh boo. They just _closed_ and their site was bapaintballDOTcom (make the DOTa .). That was nicest indoor facility in the SF BA. With Paintball Jungle they can do separate parties, so that you are just playing with your friends; that's recommended. Also look into Bear Creek losgatospursuitpaintballDOTcom I'd say Bear Creek would be better over PBJ.

the hornets are too hard on 13 year olds (like me) and i cleary shot a guy at 10 feet and didnt take his out it was a very fun day there but i dont like the people there should i go back? i have my own gun and its so fun paintballing here

Personally I'm not a fan of PBJ and there have been flame wars before when I bring this up. I prefer Bear Creek for fun friendly play. The Beeswax game is so loaded in favor of the Hornets it's ridiculous. I've had a number of occasions where I've hit folks and they just keep firing and don't check their own marks. That and the fact that the sides and angle of attack of the Hornets are the easiest on their field. Since they never change the rules (switch sides) for Beeswax it's not too exciting.

EvilFingers: I know! It's been a while. I haven't made it out much in '09 due to breaking my trigger finger twice! Err. Not playing paintball. I'm also really making a strong push to publicly launch a product / software company becoming a 1st party tech provider rather than 3rd party contractor, so that has been a tremendous 24/7 time sink! I also have move video to edit from Mad Max / last game at Travis AFB; unfortunately vid was on bad HD so lost some.

nice gameplay. i go to paintball jungle all the time. im a hornet. and i know what yu mean. personally whenever i feel a hit i always have someone check me if i cant see it before i take another shot, and bob has been really strict about it now. what do you mean by its in favor of the hornets? were usually outnumbered 10 to 1

Forget PBJ, go to Sherwood Forest, which is next to PBJ, the Prices are the same for Co2, and the last time I was there, you can Fill Up your own HPA Tank and they have both 3000 and 4500 tables.

And as I mentioned to EGR, Sherwood Forest is a BYOP (Bring Your Own Paint) Field, which is a Major Plus compared to PBJ where everyone is forced to pay and use Field Paint....which everyone knows Field Paint sucks.

It's reliable, but maintenance is higher than a standard hopper. A lot of folks may get frustrated by this extra maintenance and or break it though I understand QLoader will replace parts and such. I've had a good experience with my setup, but there was a little bit of a learning curve. It's fantastic for CQB (as long as it's not front mounted!) and/or a get up close and personal style of play.
