  • Great vid! i would defiantly like to start doing exorcise like these to help improve my game…a few q's for you

Would you comprise one workout with all of these exorcises? and how would you go about it in terms of sets and reps for each exorcise roughly?

  • @MrLummaz There are lots of exercises on this video but they start from a basic level through to more advanced. Try by choosing 4 different exercises and performing them for 30 seconds followed by a 30 second rest period. Try 8 rounds then rest for 3-5 minutes. Total work period is 4 mins and try mixing them in the same w/out

Start with the easier exercises before progressing to the harder ones. Make sure your technique is sound and aim for a soft, controlled and balanced feet when landing.

  • thanks for the video, anything els ei can use apart from a step like that

    ?

  • @spizza08

If you are at a park you may be able to do some of those exercises on a park bench.

At the gym I've used a weights bench before but in the best are the height adjustable steps.

Just see what you have at hand and improvise - just make sure it's stable.

    Good luck
