Good times SSE, good times...

Story: Well how it happened was we had a shortage in turnout for Core. Then Brad gave an crazy idea to go to the Underground Coffeehouse and play at open mic...Once we decided it would be rad, we booked it out of Birnum Wood, grabbed Nathan's guitar and sped all the way to VU. I was the runner to check how many people were in line and to sign us up. I said we were 8th or something and everyone was like 8th?!?!? Then we sped even faster to Brad's house, got the instruments, the ponchos, sombreros, delegated roles and began to create lyrics, chord progressions and a whole song. In about 15 minutes we did so, booked it back to the UC and found Jon Metz there (another of our SSE members). As improv goes, we added him to our group and just told him the chords. Jon blended in flawlessly as a pianist. And there you have it!
