  • I think they both are scissor kicks. I tried both of them and it turns out they are very effective.

  • i've heard it can BUT that's the wrong way to do it. if you lift yur head off the ground put yur hands behind yur head like a crunch (it makes it harder to do) plus if you do the scissor kick horizontal and not vertical it'll work yur inner thighs to
