Basically it's a picture frame vacuum lamination process. We de-air the RTV to get most of the bubbles out first. Than we laminate while the RTV is still wet. Occasionally we had to remove the bubble out by squeegee or plain old fingers during the lamination process before the RTV cures. Once we like the results we cure the RTV with some heat.
People do not care to listen to music, that is not what they are here for,
plus, how can anyone learn anything with the video flashing by, with all of the static in the video? if this is a first attempt, very good, if not, Failure.........
Sorry...This was done when I was in college years back before all digital craze and at college student budget. I thought about re-making it but lost all the original analog tapes. If you have any specific questions, I'll be glad to answer.
This was done on a poor student's budget. No EVA/Tedlar. Made from donated Nusil two part silicone, Tefzel, surplus heaters and LOTS OF TIME! No expensive equipment except the extra large vacuum chamber from Cal Poly, Pomona (free use as a student). This was a custom design for a solar car, don't recommend this for normal solar panel.
how does that machine get rid of the bubbles. I cant get them out of my panels.
