Sorry, but from what I have read, Earle had been a pretty serious Yankee fan since he was a kid. I know he makes time for games while on tour.

God bless, Steve Earle! What an amazing (albeit at times tragic and harrowing) life this man has led...a true American icon and national treasure. It just goes to show, no matter how deep and dark of a hole you dig yourself down into with drugs and alcohol, there is always hope and always a way out. If you want to live and enjoy life again, all you have to do is start clawing your way back up and you can turn it around. Never lose hope....never lose faith.

I don't know... he might let you. I met him once a few years ago while he was shopping in Cambridge uk, and was really cool. Told me about some books he had bought and gave me some tickets to his sold out show that night!!!
