@frozenmatt This "stuff" is from the scriptures. im pretty sure if you studied the scriptures, you'll find this information too.

@perschka1 A Mormon explained the religion to me the other day and he said that there are different stages of the afterlife. Paradise/prison? Then three levels after that? The outer rim? Where do you guys get this stuff? I am pretty sure that all other Christians don't believe that Christ came to America after he was in the Middle East. And why did the book of Mormon come to this earth Circa 1850? Some things just don't add up.

@frozenmatt the Book Of Mormon is another testament of Christ, our Savior. and about the "good works"; we believe we can become LIKE God by doing good works. not our "own god".

@perschka1 Then what is the book of Mormon? Mormons believe in very different things than Protestant and Catholics... The Mormon religion was explained to me the other day and with all due respect, it was quite strange. Do you really believe that you can become your own "god" by doing good works in this life? Cause if you do, that is NOT biblical in the least bit!

@chisox100 Jesus did not create the Catholic church. It is just another made up religion mixed up with ideas that man created. The Latter Saint church is the same church today as it was when Jesus walked the earth. His church has been restored in it's fullness. The pope is nothing but for show much like the queen of England. Nothing but show with no power.
