She knew she wasn't supposed to do it too, because otherwise she would have come up front to pet him.

ive had people do this with my dog as well, even while he was in training. iratated me. i actually had one man kick my dogs foot when i had him in a down stay while i "read" a package. people just have no consideration. Great Job Ollie on being a well behaved boy.

Seriously, does it kill people to take 5 seconds out of their life to ask, "May I pet your dog?". Fortunately, Ollie acted like a true service dog and ignored that ignorant lady. Great job, Ollie! You should be proud! =)

Totally rude of her to reach out like that almost like it was a quick slap motion toward Ollie. Caught on tape...would have been nice for catching in the act of interfering with a SDiT!! Great that service dogs are trained in so many different types of situations.
