@Sprigs1864z Normal Elites are yes (well according to the offical Halo encyclopedia, they're only 7'4" without their armour >;P) but this Arbiter is suppose to be over 9'

@zverbeten there were loads of different arbiters so this arbiter is not the same one as in halo 2 and 3 .

This Arbiter was the shit, but like the Arbiter from Halo 2 and 3 is under appreciated. Also his death was the shittiest by far. How can a mere human tackle and take down a 10 foot alien monster? It doesn't make sense to me, and I have never killed an elite honor guard so easily in any of the fps halo games, they made the elite honor guards seem more like cannon fodder than the actual challenge that they are.
