Highlights of the Cacica Pageant 2011, organized by Vida/Sida, in Chicago.
This year, Alexis Mateo and Yara Sophia, from RuPaul's Drag Race Show (Season 3), were crowned cacicas at the nightclub Circuit, in June 2011.
Jade Sotomayor and Reina Valentino also performed during the ceremony.
Alexis and Sophia briefly discuss their experiences as drag queens in Puerto Rico and their experience during the show.
