@ManixxtheMan Ahh yes for sure and the little drum roll that goes along with it is great.
My favorite part of this song is when he gets in to the descending and ascending chord progressions at 3:47. He does them slightly different in this version but to me this is the signature sound of this song. The way it gradually builds to that high point.. Just awesome. One of my all time fav songs.
The MOST underrated Guitarist as far as I'm concerned, most people "ONLY" listen to lyrics but not "ALL" the GREAT music as heard "HEAR"!!!!!! ROCK ON!!!!!!!
Peter should be mentioned all the time in the same breath as Eric ,Jeff, Jimi,Jimmy Page, Stevie Ray etc etc.!This is what Wes Montgomery would have played like if he were born between 1945 and 1963
.Message to young guitar/musician hopefuls....if you build it...THEY will come!
lol before Frampton comes alive went HUGE Frampton used to rent a part in my wifes fathers mansion in up state New york. HUGE house with 7 chimneys for 7 fire places. I alaways joke with my friends that my wife was shakin up with a rock star when she was "7". crazy small world.
Many thanks to watchyourmusic1 for this one Frampton is the best ever.

@roquefortfiles Good 'chord name,' but I was talkin' 'bout the ...
D (2 3 3) - Fmaj7
Do you? YOU!

@ManixxtheMan I would have to say it is the slam D chord when he comes out of the talk box solo. Its like the fuse being lit on a rocket.

That F 'major' (x 3 3 2 1 3) is what makes this song great! (can't say much for this clip).
