The game has a total of 28 boss fights in the Normal Difficulty Mode. Somehow I thought I could do all of them in just 2 videos, but it took 5. Metallica, Godsmack, and Pantera supply the BGM.

@ZombieBurning You just do your ultimate attack (triangle) and always block, roll and cartwheel around (block, and use the left analog stick) use your shuriken (circle) and normal attack (square) alot. ALWAYS keep a tight guard, and NEVER go in button mashing. Attack, move back, attack, move back, block. And so on, so forth...

It's every boss from the one game, "Ninja Gaiden Sigma." More precisely, it's every boss from the Normal Diffilculty of the game. When playing on harder difficulties, there are extra bosses.

Is it possible to beat Doku the first time you meet him?

It is possible to deplete his life bar, but even if you do it will still show the cinematic of him beating Ryu because that's the way the story is supposed to go. However, if you do beat him you will unlock Mission Mode or whatever, but you'll unlock that by beating the whole game either way.
