Taber IS a shit hole. I've lived there my entire life, and just graduated from Myers last spring. ('09) And I can honestly say life outside of that town is SO much better.

Yeah i used to live by taber my mom worked a Lamweston and we lived in a little village called Grassy Lake and we arived at grassy about a year after it happend.

I lived in Taber for a year and had a blast! Good times, not a bad place, but definitely more to it when you peel back the covers, not as straight forward as it appears to the newcomer or passerby.

K for one it was a .22 not a shotgun! and bullying is always goin to take place verbaly or physicaly it does not mean that shooting somone is the answer! that 14 year old has something wrong in his head!

i live in taber we actually got back from a family trip the day this happened. SO SAD. This lady i know says her son felt really guilty about this because he was one of the bullies and he feels like he should have been the one to die. people need to learn that bullying is a very powerful thing and the consequences can be fatal.

Lang had never even met the shooter. And Lang was NOT a 'jock'. And this was NOT self defense, the Bullying the media kept going on about, it happened 2-3 years prior to the shooting.
