  • If you let the Shea butter just soften (like room temperature) or put it in the microwave just to soften it a little the using a blender or hand blender to mix everything.. You should get a more creamy look instead of the water or that throw up look you talked about..lol

  • @tetebaby1313 Lol thanks love=)

  • I like your vids. Thanks. Can you please when you have the time post the benefits of certain ingredients or why you chose that ingredient over another? Thank you so much for your time and energy. It's good to see AA women doing things.

  • @TyraNeche Sure! In fact I will do a video on it and post it around the beginning of February so stay tuned. Thanks for watching and your support love!

  • Gurl, you crazy! (In a wonderful way! :D) I loved your video, and all the box comments that kept popping up!! I'm on my own hair journey, and I think your "protein free" recipe might just save my life (or at least my hair!). Right now I'm trying to keep my hair from breaking further w/all the protein I threw at it, like a fool. Bright blessings, and keep the videos coming!

  • @starler Awww thanks love for watching and good luck with the treatment. I hope it helps

  • @tetebaby1313 i agree, i melt my shea butter in the microwave to soften it up a bit.

  • i guess some ppl r more protein sincitive than others, cause most of those products have protein in them, i have an overload right now n im afraid to put anything with protein 4 now, im using the infusium 23 products which is protien free, n shae butter mixture with olive oil an castor oil only, oh n i use bottled water only , n i do a porosity treatment wkly, and a deep condition with DPR 11 by elasta QP, im starting to feel my hair coming back too normal in just 2 wks.

  • @tiannadeshon ok thanks. Do you suggest any thing in particular to deep condition with?

  • @wormo239 deeeeeeep condition if it feels really dry itll just get worse if youu dont!

  • @tiannadeshon how can you fish it after? I just tried this like an hour ago i never even knew about being protein sensitive or anything my hair feels horrible. i was just wondering if there is anything i can use to make it better or if it just goes back to normal after a few days on its own.

  • I love your energy! i'm a curly girl (3a/3b) and although I am Caucasian , I enjoy "black" hair care products because my hair texture is close to mixed sister (adopted). My hair soaks up conditioners and oils just like her hair! I'm gonna make some of this for me and my sis and her daughter. I love your videos and subscribed instantly!!! Oh and is mane & tail silicone & sulfate free?

  • Thanx for the reply...I appreciate it. I'm gonna try the protrin tip and see if it works. Once again thanx for the reply.

  • Maybe you have product build up... even shampoos leave a build up.

  • @mommasgur01 try a protein treatment and if your hair feels really dry and brittle you are protein sensitive the only way to know is to try

  • Hi I'm new to this world (being natural), I have a question: how do u know if u r protein sensitive and how do u find out?
