Euroblech - 2DWR (FORMTEK GROUP)

The B&K® 2DWR/2DWR-Plus Supermill Systems produces lightweight structural drywall studs at speeds up to 500 FPM (150 MPM). Material thickness can range from .015 (0.38mm) to .048 (1.2mm) with a web width range from 1.625 (41mm) to 8.000 (203mm).
The 2DWR Supermill System will produce a stud profile with a 1 ¼ (31.8mm) flange height and a ¼ (6.4mm) return leg and a track profile with a flange height range from 1.000 (25.4mm) to 1 ¼ (31.8mm).
The 2DWR-Plus Supermill System will produce a stud profile with a flange height range from 1 ¼ (31.8mm) to 2.000 (50.8mm) and a return length range from ¼ (6.4mm) to 5/8 (15.9mm) and a track profile with a flange height range of 1.000 (25.4mm) to 2.000 (50.8mm).
A patented gauge system allows for a quick and easy changeover when switching gauges of material. Vertical and horizontal clearances are adjusted automatically which allows the 2DWR Supermill System to be a shim free system. Fixed roll positions also allows the system to produce all types of standard profiles with no need to shim or change rolls.
Twist, bow and flare are quickly and easily adjustable with the 2DWR Supermill System. A rotary punch and shear are used for accurate, high-speed cutoff and punching which eliminates the need for cutoff die changes. A touch screen display is used for operator interface, which decreases the amount of time spent setting up the line for production.
