That was using the speedometer on the boat, I haven't tried the GPS because the strong current will make the gps speed irrelevant to how fast the boat is pushed on the water. my sea ray has a 3.0 litre LX (135 horse on an alpha one out drive) that tops off at a hair above 4800 rpms. If I really trim it up and have a cupped prop on I can get it to 47 MPH. otherwise 45 is tops

did you try trimming it up to the first bold line on the trim guage? When mine is up that far I can usually get it up to 45 at 4800 RPMs on a 3 blade aluminum cupped prop. I cant quite remember the pitch, I think it's close to the pitch on your prop. I think its a 15 by 20 pitch. I could be wrong though

With a 3 blade 14" by 19 pitch stainless prop, it does 41, almost 42 mph at just under 5000 rpms
