@cangu1975 Usual time for a kick is 90 seconds

There are 3 things observed on this situation:
1) He took too much time to do the convertion (about 40 seconds)
2) We can´t see well if Stringer starts running to O´Connor behind the ingoal line as it should be, and if the kicker moves his legs forward indicating he started the run to make the convertion.
3) The referee allows the Stringer to legally avoid the kick.
