Hmmm...I solved Kingdom Hearts on normal and hard and I can't remember the video looking like that. As I remember, at the end it suppose to show the girl on the beach. Is it from the international version?

You have to find all 99 Dalmations, Win the Hades Cup, adn Seal all the keyholes(including 100 Arce Wood and Olympus Coliseum).

I did all of that on both difficulties and I"m telling you that is not the ending. Where did you get this ending too?

Well, sorry man. I pulled this strait off the end of the game with a video capture card. I guess your game is messed up or something.

You do play as Sora. But, you play as a new character named Roxas at the start.
