@ord2jpn I am not exactly sure what unfortunate customer service experience you have had with ING but I have been a loyal customer with them since 2006 and the COUNTLESS times I have used their customer service, I have been able to understand clearly everything every single representative has said to me...and without heavy breathing! And as for the ATM key chain...two cards you could possibly lose...more opportunities for someone to gain access to your account. Just my opinion!

@ord2jpn In short, if you're thinking of banking with these people I think it would be okay now that they offer an easier way of accessing your money. Please be aware that their customer service reps are not well trained. If you have a problem they will talk over you and breath heavily on the phone. Just deal with them via e-mail if possible. I still believe this bank should offer two atm cards: one for your key chain and one for your wallet.
I knew you'd delete my comment! It doesn't matter because apparently I'm not alone. There are a lot of people unsatisfied with our bank. YOU SHOULD HAVE A WAY FOR PEOPLE TO ACCESS THEIR MONEY WHILE THEY WAIT FOR THEIR ATM CARD.

Hi @ord2jpn - Actually, expediting a Card is an option for Customers. Give us a call at 1-888-464-0727 from 8 AM to 8 PM and we’ll make sure a Card is on the way for you.
