@cicirunner Hey, Im no Pro, but Im getting there. Recovery, if not more, is equal to your training. When you plug in quality workouts, we have make time to recover to let our body absorb the training. That includes diet, sleep, rest and active recovery. So incorporating recovery swims, bike and runs (embarrassing slow pace) will benefit you. Also try Build weeks. Meaning 2 Build weeks (Hard Effort) and 1 recover week. Less intensity and volume and continue to progress.

This is really hardcore. I have a question. I train pretty hard but notice that after a few days of hard training, I always crash really hard. How often do you rest?
