WWIIOnline: Teamwork

A Promotional Vid I made for my own squad when i used to play (circa 2003). Vladimir of ACEC (then Das Beer Brigade).. (now defunct!). Shows how teamwork is done to take over a town in Battleground Europe (formerly known as World War II Online)

This video was made in 2003, so its very old, and I don't play any more, but I do consider this game one of the best games of all time, and its still going strong.

In my opinion, this remains the best video of this game. It encompasses nearly all aspects of the game. However, if I were editor of the video, I would simply add two things: First, show the in-game map of the town being attacked. Second, show the in-game map of the same town, now captured.

Otherwise, PERFECT video.

@Nomorage Thanks for the kind words. Yeah.. I made this vid hmm..about 5 years ago... the game is still going strong, and has looked better and better. Lots of new features since this vid too. Sadly I'm not a player any more, but it remains one of my favorite games of all time.

Yes.. now called Battleground Europe... this is from ages ago. The game has changed alot both in gameplay and .. at least somewhat in graphics.

Really? I was on it 3 hours ago, within minutes I was taking part in a paradrop over a town with more than 40 axis and I'm guessing the same amount of allies.

The community is also very helpful, I've seen people go out of their way to help new player settle in.

I do agree that the graphics are outdated, but they get the job done

From 1:46 to the end of the tank scene. I dont know why, maybe it has to do with the images. but that is some of the best looking first person tank scenes i have seen in any game anywhere. I really feel like I was watching an old video from a World War 2 tank commander. It was scary how real it was. The way the planes would disappear behind the trees was highly realistic looking too. If only the infantry views could be this great.
