The reporter doing the intro to this story has some incorrect facts. Farrah Fawcett was never married to Ryan O'Neal. She was at least, smart enough not to marry that vile man.

I have no doubt that this man Lott truly believes that he was the love of Farrah's life. He may well be correct. Unfortunately, in our marriage-child centered and sexual relationship based culture, he will not be granted this title by the culture at large on the basis of a 44 year friendship with Farrah. I place a lot of credence in what he said; however the culture will dismiss him. Sad, but true.

Right after the funeral, Ryan said his estranged (since her book) daughter came to him and he didn't recognize her and he tried to hit on her as he though she was some European beauty. Tatum confirmed his actions but she was not surprised. I'm sure Farrah was afraid of having to give her money to him. She just maybe thinks it's none of her business since they aren't her kids. She's a probably passive type of mother too. Ryan has admitted he was a bad father.

She NEVER married nor thusly divorced O'Neal.
We will never know the whole story behind Fawcett but she can do no wrong in my book. btw: he seems like a nice guy and makes some valid honest points.

I had the pleasure of meeting Farrah once and she was soooo nice! Extremely tragic she got entangled into the negative Ryan vortex. Although she grew into a good dramatic actress, I often wonder if she wouldn't have been more happy staying in Texas, doing her painting & sculpting and opening up a gallery. Since she has died, the worlds finding out her life was much darker than her kind, silly, luminous, personality revealed. I miss her & may she rest in peace.....
