Funny. I bought a kit at a spa conference in hickory NC. When I got home, the tip for the black was bent out of the box. I tried to call to get it replaced and they want to charge me for it plus shipping. l haven't used the kit since I opened it as they don't care about customer service after the sale..
Bummed. Won;t buy anything from a conference again. It's like a flea market. Get the money and run...
