@BunnyRaabbit So, the moon should be shaded as a regular sphere with darker shading around its edges/ lighter shading near the middle?

@annax881 well, actually the moon isn't a source of light. The moon gets it's lit up effect from the sun which shines on its backside. So well the shading on the front of the moon shouldn't be any different considering there is no light source acting on the sides or on the front of it.

I have a question about the moon... I know how to shade regular spheres, but since the moon is a source of light, the shading would be different, right? Because there is no light source, or rather, the moon is the light source? Please help...

haha wow thats what i did with the pencil awhile ago for the beach. i scraped off the led and then used the cotton. it doesnt work as well as the charcoal but i didnt have any at the time so thats all i had haha

but.... wat was the purpose or reason of choosing the vellum britol.... does it have some effect.... y did u choose that one in particular?
