Can't Sign Out of Twitter?

There's a bit of a bug with Twitter.com at the moment which means you cannot sign out. Hitting the 'Sign Out' button from the drop-down has no affect.

This quick tutorial shows you how.

In words:

Click on 'Settings' from top-right drop down box.

Now click 'Sign Out'.
