How the hell is this classical music -_- .

This is a really awful recording, but it sold me on the material. On the second to last page there are even notes read in the wrong clef! Is this the recording by Grigory Korchmar?

Prigozhin, Lucian , Russian composer; b. Tashkent, Aug. 15, 1926. He received training in piano and theory in Tashkent, and then completed his studies with Shcherbachev, Evlakhov, and Kochurov at the Leningrad Cons. He became a convinced modernist in his music, introducing the concept of “supplementary tones” in the 12-tone method of composition by allowing members of the tone-row to permutate freely. However, he preserved the basic tonality even when he no longer used the key signatures.
