I just realized I understand now the beeping noises at the beginning. It's supposed to represent Strangways and his secretary using the radio to contact London.

@Riddler95 you also cannot get the timothy dalton one, i believe its the living daylights, i got one remastered but it was all in chineese, i picked a vhs up at an fye once other than that they cant get
