My LC 100 free time is a 1:09 and my 100 free SC time is a 59..... this guy needs to focus on flipturns and keeping him head down

Ok I'm 11 and I can swim the 100x IM (not a avid freestyler.) and my time was 1:15.... But still he was good. He just needs to put his head in the water and KICK!!!!!!!
