If you can't afford the real thing just don't get one. It's supposed to be a symbol of your success, prestige and at the same time, work of art. People frown on others who wear a "Patek" and look like they only earn around $100,000.00 annually...

Notion that Pateks are THE expensive watches that only the super rich can afford tends to be overblown to mythical proportions. These days, about every high end watch manufacturer has special models that are super expensive, and all watch prices have gone up due to increased demand across the whole range of makes as it is. If you want to spend lot of money on a watch, you have plenty of options these days. At this rate, even entry level models will cost insane amounts soon due to global demand.

@Powerjonne idk the exact price of that one but none of them are under 9-10 grand and go as high as 11million. Most float between 10-40k. Some reach 70-100k

Rolex's are a lot because of the gold and diamonds. Pantek's are a lot because of the stunning builde and time spent. They are the world's most complicated watches.

@101watchreviews Bentleys and Breitlings are vulgar, Pateks and Porsches aren't. Patek's and Porsches are for people who don't like showing off, they just know they have the best they can buy and are happy with it even though others don't directly see it.
