  • when i do chest, i feel it the next day, when i do back, i feel it the next day, when i do arms i feel like the next day, when i do legs i feel it the next day.......now when i do shoulders i dont feel it the next day, no matter what i do i dont feel it in my shoulders. the only thing that got sore from shoulders is my traps. dunno what im doing wrong...

  • @BodyPerformanceTV Steve, I have a question I am 20 years old 5'11 and 140 lbs my strength has increased tremendously i bench 225lbs and curl 50lb dumbbells. I am 12% body fat and my body does not look any bigger even though my strength continues to increase. People that I go to the gym often question how do I lift so heavy but don't look as big as other people who lift the same weight? I know I lift intensely and do the basic exercises so what am I doing wrong? I eat 1600 calories a day.

  • They say you need 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight in order to simply maintain and more to actually grow, and it says that EVERYWHERE... but....

    I started out a skinny 12 stone guy and now I'm 15+ stone, added weight in muscle, but I've never eaten more than 100g of protein in a day, nevermind the 200g+ I'm supposed to have.

    Who the hell runs those scientific tests?
