  • FFS.... thanks! I was wondering what i was doing wrong...

  • What a waste of some compound if you wipe it off after 5 seconds of use....

    Definitely good video for beginners.

  • Doesn't hazing defines something else?

  • no hazing does not result from scratches. It results from not using the porter cable enough on the desired spot and not letting the polish soak in enough before you can properly microfiber it away. Thus when you do all that too early (like the video showed) there is a slight haze on that spot of the car from the wax.

  • Hazing generally occurs when you have used a heavy compound with at cutting pad. The abrasives in the polish are able to remove the swirl marks but due to the size of those aggressive abrasives, they leave light a haze which can be removed by using a more gentle polishing pad and a finer polish. Similar to if you use really aggressive sand paper on wood. The finish will be rough afterwards. You need to follow up with a lighter piece of sand paper to get a better finish.

  • What does atually HAZING means? it`s about scratching the car? Pleaza ansewr!

  • True, thanks for the video.

  • Thanks, might not be rocket science, but that's still a very good video for beginners.
