The song and video are meant to be a joke.
He loses his real girl and does what every gentleman would do. He finds another girl. So far so good.
But, the girl he finds is actually a blow up doll which is the heart of the joke. He uses the doll to make his former girlfriend jealous and it seems to work. The old girlfriends expressions while she watches the new couple tell the story.
