How to Make 2F2F Nissan Skyline in NFS Underground 2

Make Brian O'Connor's Nissan Skyline GTR from 2 Fast 2 Furious. I've been getting lots of emails annoying me about the vinyl so here's the link http://rapidshare.com/files/133321686/VINYLS.BIN.html
When you download it place it in the folder:
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2\CARS\SKYLINE when it asks to replace the file click yes you should find the vinyl in unique vinyls its called "OCTO"

Body parts I used were

Front Bumper-SNYPER
Rear Bumper-ACE
Side Skirt-ACE
Spoiler-TANDEM
Rims-Enkei RT6 19"
NO CARBON FIBER AT ALL!!

Paint the car silver, the brakes red and the vinyl is already blue

Put on blue neon underglow change the lights to Xenon 8000k N2o purge is type 2 both wheel nozzles and you can place blue neon in the engine and in the trunk because had had lots of blue neon inside the car in the movie

Help me. when i install the file i put it to C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2\CARS\SKYLINE and click Move and Replace wrong or Yes to all? help please and the if its down it's still Runner No OCTO...

For the people that say it's a fake we can't get it then how can u get it pc is practically an add on game u download files from different sites to get all these vinyls in the fast and furious movies 1-5 so u can only get these vinyls on pc not ur system so plz stop saying it does not work cuz it works only for pc

@MrGameshit also just tested some things out got the vinyls btw go to top layer then scroll all the way to the right next to special it has to do something with art dunno wich name it has but nvm scroll down until you reach art factory 27... here you go I hope you got you're 2f2f skyline to now
