*she wakes everyone up but nick. They come into the kitchen*

*they all run over to her, and they talk. The convo soon gets to nick*
Kayla:so, hows nick doing?
Joe:not that great. I think he misses you.
Kayla:one minute, i need to do something.
*she comes back in with her laptop and nicks voice comes on*
Nick:today, you come home. I cant wait. as soon as i see you im gonna give you the biggest hug in the
world.*he plays when you look me in the eyes and kayla cries after its over*
*kevin rubs kaylas back*
Kevin:i think you should talk to him
*nick comes into the kitchen, half asleep. Kayla doesnt realize it because shes crying with her head on
the table*
Joe:hi nick.
*kayla looks up, and sees nick*
Nick:kayla? is that you?
*kayla shakes her head yes. He walks up to her and shakes her hand. They both glance down and see
that the other is still wearing their ring*
Nick:*sits a the table* how was spain?
Kayla:it was good. Besides for the fact i found out Joaquin was cheating on me with some skank.
Nick:oh...
Kayla:but thats fine, i'll find the right one sooner or later.
*everyone else slowly gets up and walks to the other room*
Kaya:yeah! thanks guys!
*it stays silent for a moment*
Nick:so what did you learn from Camp?
Kayla:not allow to get partered up with a boy.
*he gives a slight laugh*
Kayla:i can play piano, guitar and drums
Nick:thats cool.
*it was silent again*
Kayla:i guess i'll go now.
*kayla walks out before nick could get a chance to say anything*

*kayla sits down on the couch, next to kevin, erica was in the bathroom*
Kevin:you guys didn't really talk did you.
Kayla:i cant talk to him, hes too happy with Miley, and i cant ruin that. I really dont feel good either.
Kevin:why dont you go in the other room and lie down?
Kayla:Nick's in the kitchen.
Kevin:dont talk to him.
*kayla gets up and walks into the kitchen, she then gets a blanket and goes into the room across from
the kitchen. Kayla turns on a movie, she decides to watch "The Notebook" bacuse it was her break-up
movie.*
Kayla:*sighs*
Nick:the notebook huh?
Kayla:yeah. So how are you and Miley doing?
*it took everything kayla had not to cry, or breakdown*
Nick:good. really good. i've never been happier.
*it killed kayla to hear that, and it killed nick to say that*
*kayla turned off the TV and grabbed her laptop, then came back into the room. She went on youtube
and her friend sent her a video. Kayla clicked on it and it was a picture of miley and nick kissing*
Kayla:*whispers*oh...my...freggin...god.
Nick:what?
Kayla:nothing, nothing.
*she wipes away her tears*
Nick:is something wrong?
Kayla:no, nothing.
*her phone starts ringing*
Kayla:hello?
Joaquine:kayla, i am so sorry. It was only a one night thing!
Kayla:Joaquine, im REALLY not in the mood. Im dealing with something.
Joaquine:is it about your ex-boyfriend.
Kayla:thats none of your buisness. Now look, im already home and i REALLY have no time to deal with

*she hangs up*

seen the movie =D. But its a kick ass theme song)*
Nick:hello? you are? alright. yeah. bye.*talking to kayla* i'll be back.
Kayla:nick, im not your girlfriend anymore. You can do whatever you want to.
*nick gets up and leaves. He goes into the front yard, and kayla can see him. Out of nowhere Miley
comes. Nick wraps his arms arround her waist and kisses her passionatley. Kayla cant stand to look at it,
but she knows she has to*
Kayla:yeah, he misses me a lot.
*she gets her guitar out, and starts playing what she felt. Its Chris Daughtrys (over you) but
cooperate*
Kayla:i guess i let you get the best of meeee...well i never seen it comming i should of started running
a long long time ago...
*thats all she got to when she seen miley and nick practicly making-out*
Kayla:i wonder if he feels anything with her? or if he even is thinking about me. I guess it really over
