Thank you very much. Good performance.

  • @camomile988 Francois-Joel Thiollier. His name is under the "ratings" bar.

  • Please tell us who is the pianist.

  • This is what is called music.

  • @BMTHoholic44 Just look closely under the video is a small sign 'Artist' or whatever it is called in english : Francois-Joel Thiollier!

  • Right, it's time to put an end to this tantalizing mystery! May you please inform us all of the name of the pianist?

  • Monet!

  • @teleaula Debussy recorded a couple of his songs himself, such as Danseuses de Delphes and Soiree dans Grenade. I know there are more. They were recoreded in rolls which were very popular in its time.

In fact this is the one of the Houses of Parliament by Claude Monet. There was an impressionist-style story about this picture (I can't google it and don't remember it clearly, so I may slightly angle it). Monet painted one of them in red and was constantly talking about brick dust in the London fog. Nobody was understanding, why, but then, when they looked at the picture and then back to the landscape, they started to see the brickdust in the fog indeed.
