  • well for one you're rolling on your arms making them look "ugly"... sorry

anyways try getting more speed by adding a little twist to lessen the weight on your arms...

  • haha...nice advice....

  • DUDE....you are not using your hips thatz the thing..the hips improve your momentum....not the hands..and u have to slide really faster..I mean your forearms really faster..your not supposed to place your forearms as the regular fassion..you jus got swipe it as u do fo barrel mills..well I started using head..and itz really going faster..plus keeping me more on ma upper back...so I could also recommend you to learn by using head too..so all the best work on it ...peace ..BBOY BRAVO ,INDIA

  • napoleon dynamite..

  • @baachi12 Shoulder's & hips actually. Haha. Just about everything in power moves includes hips. Windmill takes some shoulder power to boost the momentum. But yeah, he does need to use his hips more.

  • use ur head~it helps a whole lot..and use a coindrop..its fun lol...

  • then it wouldnt be forearms if your head touches the floor it would be nutcrackers

i think all you need is more speed and then your good

  • fucking nice dude. you have a wooden floor on your garage shiet!

btw my advice is to touch your HEAD/forehead on the ground.

its almost doing a halo/headspin. Just make it touch it and spread your legs more. POint your toes in

  • It's been a few months since this vid... Hope you've got them to where you want it by now, but if you haven't... you're pretty much there all you need to do is keep your legs spread hard and use your legs more while shifting your hips and upper body like a hula hoop motion. You're arms are fine I would just suggest facing your palms away from you so you don't get floor burn when you learn to do them super fast. Mummy Mills are a dying variation it seems.

    Keep it up,

    Mistavio

  • sick!

  • If you're tryin for those then you need to still use your hands. So the position of your arms is correct, but you need to open your hands and push your palms against the ground or else you'll just slow down to a stop. Use your hands to push, keep going and block your face from hitting the ground.
