8:30pm at midnight? That made absolutely no sense at all. But if your asking who wants breakfast at 8:30pm then there are many people. People who are doing graveyard shifts, people that are so stoned that they will eat anything regardless of the time or maybe someone who just doesn't feel like a burger. Think before you post.

a couple times a week i get breakfast jacks after work 7pm ish... and on the weekends i wake up around 1 or 2 pm and go have breakfast at JITB. nice to not have to schedule to eat breakfast before 10:30 am.
