    Title is "Áfricas Do Berço Real à Corte Brasileira" and artist is Neguinho da Beija-Flor. It's the theme song of Beija-Flor school, that won the Carnival competition in 2007

    Ilfrasca......is there a street party in Rio during carnaval? I've been a bit apprehensive about going to Rio for carnaval because it looks more like a spectator event, than something u can partake in.

    I will be in Salvador for carnaval, but am interested in learning if you can party in the streets of Rio?

    There are some street celebrations (blocos) in Rio too but the main event is the parade.

    If you are looking for street parties then Salvador is the place to be.

    There are hundreds of street parties on the streets of Rio. Ipanema Beach is the place place to go.
