Nick & Sharon 5-29-09 Part 3

Sharon is shocked and torn apart by Jacks acceptance and love even after everything she has done. Meanwhile, Nick admits to Phyllis that if the baby is his that he will step up and claim his child. Phyllis admits that she heard Nick and Sharon at the gravesite and she knows how much Nick wants this child to be his. Sharon explains to Jack that she wants him to take a paternity test as soon as possibility and let all questions be over. Nick asks Phyllis what she needs from him and she informs him that she needs him to take Sharon out of their marriage once and for all. Sharon finally agrees to make her, Jack and the baby a real family but explains to Jack that she needs to inform Nick herself. Later, Nick has a deep, profound moment as he remembers the life he has that is so intertwined with Sharon. Phyllis comes to Jack, completely distraught that Nick may leave her to be with Sharon. Jack reassures her that no matter what Sharon has decided to raise the baby with him. However, when Sharon arrives at the magazine, Nick immediately pulls her into a passionate, deep kiss. When he pulls out of the kiss, Nick admits to her that he is leaving Phyllis and he wants a life with her.

Phick is just plain GROSS. It always looks like Nick is screwing his mom. I always through PhyHo and Nikki were in the same age group. I was shock that the red headed whore didn't go after Victor.

Watching this again makes me really miss Shick. A lot has happened since then, but the one thing that hasn't changed is that Nick and Sharon are still in love with each other. They may not be together or admit that they still have feelings towards one another, but it is obvious. I mean isn't why Phyllis left Nick? He is unable to let go of his one true love, which is and always will be SHARON! Sorry phick fans.

i think the song for sharon was about nick not wanting to regret not taking the chance to be with sharon, hence he decides to go and be with her.

Interesting that Phick's song is about "you're the best of me" and Shick's song is about "I don't want to wake up in the night wondering if I could have done more for you when I had the chance to" ... hmm what are the writers trying to communicate here. I am a Shick fan but I don't want them to be together if it is only duty and caregiving on Nick's part. Sharon is too remarkable a character for that kind of love.
