Am I the only one that thought the scene at the end of the new movie with the older version of the girl walking away with the snow falling and that song playing was really bleak and a little sad?

I would like to say that both films a very much good. The old one is very my like that book on which these two movies are based off of. The problem with the old one was the ending in the book she does loss her arm. The new movie ending in alot like the book but the problem with this one is the plot and how they change things around. But the new one is far better because it show the dark side of what is in to book.

i have yet to see the old one, but the remake seemed...short, i hope that it was just cut to ft theatres and has moore on the dv , but it felt kinda like the whole thing was rushed once they started actually chasing him, not that it wasnt enjoyable of course, it was a rqather good movie especially for this day and age

@Austindevine1 I'M TYPING IN CAPS SO THEREFORE I'M RIGHT! Seriously, it's just an opinion. He never tries to pass it off as fact, he makes it clear that this is just his opinion. If you like John Wayne better, like John Wayne better. It makes no sense to throw a hissy fit just because someone disagrees with you.
