Exactly, this is not TOC. It´s is more JIT. Everything balanced previosly , bottlenecks broken before and flow created.

It's a cute video, but it certainly isn't a good example of TOC principles. A TOC process should be able to handle any minor process hiccup as suggested in this video.
And I hope we don't want to believe that taking our money is the constraint of a commercial establishment.

This isn't a good example of TOC. The process is perfectly balanced and there isn't capacity available for confront fluctuations and murphy without harm the flow.
