  • Excellent description on how our limbic system tricks us in the first place! I have done alot of research in to this and breathing in to the count of 7 then slowly out to 11 for a few times begins to stimulate the parasympatheic nervous system.This system is responsible for secrection of a relaxing hormone like dopamine,which is a chemical messenger to the brain to calm down.

  • thank you so much! I keep telling people this is how I got over my anxiety.. breathe normal and trust yourself that it's ok.. Courage.. It just takes one time to try it and it works! I used to have crazy attacks that I thought was un-curable. It's been 4 months since I had any serious attack.. AWesome Video!
