first you need a picture of the thing you want to turn into a 3d model then just start to extrude from a box or a sphere... the model will be quite simple then,but you said you're a noob so you should start with the simple things....

@qwarqpeerowns if you're a 'noob' then modelling is were you should be starting...it'll help you learn your way around.
Start by reading some books on it, follow a few tutorials from beginning to end. Someone is going to be able to tell you in a youtube comment.
