A gay man in Reno Texas has been brutally attacked while attending a party at the weekend. Burke Burnett received treatment for deep cuts, bruising and severe burns after being stabbed with a broken bottle and thrown onto a lit fire.

And finally, Taylor Lautner will produce and star in Gus Van Sant's next movie. Lautner was seen dining out with Van Sant and 'Milk' screenwriter Dustin Lance Black recently. His production company have optioned a piece from The New Yorker magazine, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
