@AstralEtheric Yes, it is hard to wrap our 'atomized' thinking system around this concept. Our language is really incapable of explaining something so abstract. But try to think of energy as being information, as well. And think of all being connected in a matrix of communication that is eternally correlating and processing, and through this mind boggling process IT is creating all life and reality. So, really we are describing the mind of God dreaming into existence the Universe.

Great vid, but what i don't understand if energy is a property and not a substance, how could something be 'made of energy' and how does this relate to anything metaphysical or spiritual? Can someone fill me in?

Pretty good! The only thing I would say about the "illusion" is that it happens to be what passes for reality so I always thought it was too strong a word... anyway, our personal spark of conciousness is also energy, a spark of self-aware energy at that. Pretty amazing to think the sum total of all the infinite energy in the universe might also be one vast infinite mind, of which we are but a single mote, huh? Also makes me wonder if stars and planets (small 'g' gods) have minds of a sort too.
