I'm a 21 year old single woman with a family history of diabetes from my grandfather and my uncle (both passed away but not from diabetes). I don't have diabetes but my mom is afraid I might get it if I don't eat healthy and exercise. I take vitamins and medication for my thyroid, ADHD, depression, back pain, and sleep. I do eat healthy and drink plenty of iced water throughout the day. My weight has been shifting from early 170s to late 160s, any advice how to to keep the weight down? I exerci
