My friend Thomas Duggar wrote this song when he was sixteen, a member of a ska band named Warsaw and. Shortly before writing this song Thomas had a mystical experience in the presence of a German angelic figure of advanced age with well-groomed thick wavy white hair and beard whom showed Thomas a view of the future which left him w/a troublesome, sorrowful, sad feeling but also hopefulness that we can get war and self destruction mode turned off.

this song is a friggin' legend.
One of my favorites, especially live.
I also saw David J. perform this song solo & acoustic... he was on before Johnette Napolitano (Concrete Blonde) here in California... amazing even though he broke a guitar string, lol, which was a gift because he then entertained us while his backup guy repaired the guitar.
