I don't think you would want an inspector to see any of your welds period, that is some of the worst arc welding I've seen in a long time and I live on a farm!

i dont really think this guy is great and i dont think he would pass a CWA or CWB certification test. lots of undercut and contamination. im taking a welding course and im 3 weeks in and i think he sucks (he knows what he is doing but need a lil more practice) the school is giving us excalibur 7018 1/4 inch to weld with and im runing 125amp and my welds are beautiful, a lot nicer looking than his, i stick to the plate at anything under 110 !!!

actually, I have passed more tests than you have been alive I am sure. There is no undercut whatsoever on these welds.
I will say that working with a camera directly over your shoulder and lighting in your face did make my welds not as smooth as I would like them. All you critics out there have absolutely no clue about what it takes to film and produce something like this. If you were using 1/4" welding rod you are brain dead. LOL My goodness man, you would burn up the common plate test!!!
