Inspiration for video is musical "Cabare", where german nazi soldiers kill one dancer and singer because he was against nazism. He was also gay. Musical ends with scene where nazi soldiers come to watch show before they kill him. Video for "Alejandro" starts with that scene. Like the women in musical, she tried to be in relation with gay, but she won't succseed.
In video she wears sanbenito, yellow dress with cross. It was dress for people which the inquisition send to bonfire because they were heretics. Just because she wants to proclame homosexuality like normal, she is some kind of heretic, and all of gays are, too. So, in the begining of video they have heretics symbols in hands.

If you would really try to look at her videos, all of her hand gestures, the implicit sexual and vulgar costumes she wear and even the ornaments and props on her videos are way too obvious and strong enough to prove she doesn't serve Jesus!
